Bygone Books is located in Antiques Unlimited at 421 N. Main Street, Simpsonville, SC. The business, which attempts to sell used books, has been in existance since 1997, first in a booth in an antique mall - different mall from where we are now located - then as a bookstore in Fountain Inn. From 2002 until 2010 we were in The Open Book in Greenville, SC, and since the unfortunate demise of aforementioned bookstore, the wheel has come full circle and we are back in a booth in an antiques mall. [Everything changes, nothing changes.]

Our speciality is Military History, everything from the Roman legions to the current war in Iraq. We have a large selection of books on the Second World War and the American Civil War.

Our main speciality is Military History, but we also carry books on a number of other subjects; the occult, pets and nature, general history, antiques and collectibles, and some hard to find books on the South.
